cant wait for breakfast!


Cant wait to eat this stuff! Cranberry maple granola from "Raw Food Real World"

B-B-B-Brrrrrrrr.........

we did it again!!! was lil chilly tho!!
I would post a pix of our breakfast but it wasn't too pretty. we had crepes! just blend a banana. dehydrate it for approx. 3-4 hours and you have banana fruit leather.

"Cool Whip"From the Raw Goddess: (she has GOOD recipes!!)
1 1/2 cups cashews
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup coconut butter
1/3 cup agave
2 tbs pure vanilla extract
1 tbs lecithin ~ I didn't have this...so left it out..
1/4 tsp sea salt
Blend all ingredients until completely smooth and creamy. Chill for a few hours to firm ~ i only put it in the freezer for a couple of minutes.

Put "cool whip" in "crepes" and top with blueberries! SO good!!

tacos!


you could add cooked beans if you like
throw in some tomatoes, lettuce and onions and your set!

shells ~ these recipes are all from "goneraw.com"
1 cup golden flax seeds, soaked for 8 hours in equal part water (they soak up the water and get pasty~was REALLY hard to clean up the vitamix after this but was SO yummy!
½ avocado
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
sea salt to taste
water to for consistency
blend in vitamix and dehydrate about 4-5 hours flip and dehydrate about 1 more hour.

sour cream
1 cup macadamia nuts (I used cashews)
½ cup water
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon golden flax seed, ground
¼ teaspoon Celtic sea salt, ground
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice

guacamole
2 avocados
1 tomato, diced
1 lemon, juiced
¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon cayenne
½ teaspoon Celtic sea salt
fresh ground black pepper, to taste

From my friend Lois~~very good!Just to check this out...... The Organs of your body have their sensory touches at the bottom of your foot, if you massage these points you will find relief from aches and pains as you can see the heart is on the left foot.
