Spring Cleaning

Mollie told me today how GOOD dandelion leaves are for us!! huge amount of minerals. That's why we have them in the spring....that and stuff like cilantro! for detox and cleansing purposes!! very informative. (just make sure they are washed really good AND haven't been chemically treated in any way!)

DEE-LISH!!!

************************************************************ *****************Before dehydrator************

Well, the Raw Goddess did it again! another YUMY recipe!! was SOOO good!! 'cept on the crust i haven't heard alot of good things about sprouted buckwheat, so i used the regular sprouts I had on hand.

Crust:
handful of spouts
handful walnuts,
1/2 c. ground yellow flax
apple
sea salt
hemp oil
enough water to make "dough"
process together, put spoonfuls on dehydrator sheets. I dehydrated mine about 3 hours on each side. refrig. till you want to use them.

Sauce:
Soak cashews in water (how ever much sauce you would like: approx 1c. each) while you prepare veggies
then add:
juice from one lemon
1 crushed clove of garlic
sea salt to taste
1 squirt of agave
Blend until COMPLETELY creamy

Add to sauce:
finely chopped zucchini, red pepper, mushrooms, broccoli, and spinach.
Mix sauce and veggies, spoon into serving bowls top with crust. brush crust with hemp oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place in dehydrator for 3 hours (to warm).
