Oldie but Goodie

Thought a glass of Cho. Milk sounded good this a.m. cuz it's so hot out!
2 cup raw almonds soaked overnight, rinsed, drained.
Blend in vitamix with 3 c. pure water
strain through milk bag. you have to really work it! ( i use 99cent painters bag from Hardware store)
you can make almond flour from the pulp. just throw in dehydrator overnight then run through food processor until powdery.
place liquid back in blender and blend in
2 TB mesquite
2 TB carob powder
2 froz. bananas
1/4 c. agave
2 Tbsp. coconut oil (opt.)
1/2 c. raw cacao nibs (opt.)

Thanks for posting on our blog a few days ago. I recognize you and your family from Blackwater convention. I grew up in Missouri--my last name was Spinar. :)

Thanks for sharing a little about your adoption story--it is so exciting and we can't wait to see what our journey will bring! It's already been amazing to see how things just kind of fall in place when we're making the right decisions--from where we stand now, the possibilities seem endless. :)
